Owner-operated rental homes · Ontario
Su Casa Homestead owns and operates residential rental properties in Ontario. We bring maintenance, resident service, leasing, vendors and long-term property care together with practical, documented follow-through.
About Su Casa
Su Casa Homestead is a small, owner-operated real estate business. We manage our own residential rental portfolio with a simple goal: protect the homes for the long term while giving residents and service partners clear, respectful communication.
Our present focus is our own portfolio. As our systems and service network grow, we may selectively support other property owners who value the same hands-on approach.
What we do
Property care is more than dispatching a contractor. We connect the people, information and decisions needed to move each matter from first report to verified completion.
We assess reported concerns, define the work, select the right service provider, coordinate access and follow through to completion.
We acknowledge concerns, provide practical next steps and keep residents informed about appointments, repairs and work affecting their homes.
Clear work orders, scheduling, budget authority, progress checks and documentation help contractors succeed and keep work accountable.
We coordinate applications, onboarding, inspections, repairs and readiness between tenancies with an emphasis on clear expectations.
Seasonal work, inspections and recurring maintenance are planned and tracked to reduce surprises and protect each property over time.
Photos, invoices, service history and decisions stay organized so future work begins with the right context rather than guesswork.
How we work
We favour practical decisions, direct communication and documented closeout. Every task should have an owner, a next step and a clear record of what happened.
Communication and privacy
We use email, telephone and text messaging to coordinate property matters. Contact details are used only as reasonably needed to communicate, keep records and meet legal obligations.
Phone numbers, email addresses and messaging-consent records are not sold or shared with third parties for their advertising or promotional purposes.
Information may be shared with service providers where necessary to operate our communications, coordinate requested property services, comply with law or act with the individual’s consent.
Phone and text messages may cover maintenance, appointments, access, tenancy administration, applications, safety matters and other relevant property operations. Frequency varies; standard message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to end non-essential texts or HELP for assistance. Consent to promotional texts is not a condition of tenancy or service. Formal notices may also be delivered through another permitted channel.
Tenants should include the property address, unit and a short description of the matter. Contractors and other service partners should include the property and work involved. For an immediate threat to health or safety, call 911 or the appropriate emergency service first.
